Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives. The Business Development Associate will also be involved in market research, strategic planning, and implementing business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets
  • Assist in the negotiation and closure of business deals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
