Head of Sales

We are leading player in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, offering innovative solutions for commercial, industrial, projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Sales & Marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, develop strategic plans, and drive business growth.
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales and marketing functions within the organization. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring market trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize their potential
- Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide strategic insights to the leadership team for informed decision-making
- Continuously optimize sales processes and marketing initiatives for efficiency
- Stay abreast of industry developments to ensure a competitive edge
Requirements
- Mechanical or Civil Engineer/MBA in Marketing
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the PEB industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Advanced proficiency in sales techniques, complemented by strong CRM skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate market trends and formulate effective strategies.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on creating and enhancing the company's brand presence.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Results-oriented mindset, ensuring the maximization of profitability and sustained competitiveness in the PEB industry.
