Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in construction project management. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and lead the project team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Review soil testing, structural drawings, and site reports before project execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and local building regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Conduct site visits and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
  • Control project costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Implement risk management strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning tools and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
