What will you be doing?
Part of Payroll Excellence, Audit & Accounting Team
Serves as liaison with other related departments e.g. HR, Product, Legal, Infra, Finance teams for seamless delivery.
Responsible for creating a centralize knowledge repository of payroll and managing the payroll documentation across all regions e.g. SOP, workflow, mandatory & non-mandatory benefits along with statutory payment receipts, etc.
Co-ordinating and managing the audits.
Responsible for implementing Process standardization, Improvement & best practices.
Managing various trackers and MIS reporting to management along with publishing various internal team reporting e.g. KPI scores, Payroll Status, Reminders etc.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple project assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
What do we need?
Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience Global Payroll Domain.
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in commerce or its equivalent.
Must have good communication skills along with good excel knowledge.
Must have end to end knowledge of Payroll Processing, Validations, Compliances & Accounting.
Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload and accurately work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
