The operation GM's overall responsibility is to-

Ensure exceptional patient experience with us and maximize clinic business deliveries in India. The position is the central coordination point of all the departments in Instalimb India for the clinic business operation processes.

The Operation GM is expected to achieve the maximum number of deliveries with minimum resource by assigning tasks to P&Os effectively and supervising all the activities. The position require an exceptional communicator and planner who can faciliate the process smoothly with collaboration with all the stakeholders.


Responsibilities

・Deliver exceptional experience to every patients through our interaction with them for the entire customer life cycle

・Collect and analyze patient feedbacks and constantly make improvement actions

・Achieve monthly delivery target numbers by fulfilling all the duties below effectively

・Develop and maintain tools and formats to manage end to end clinic operation processes

・Develop operational rules and standards to be followed by P&Os and other departments

・Handle all the activities with high integrity and transparency. Any non comformity must be immeidately reported.

・Keep constant communication with all the related departments （especially production and sales) and ensure delivery timelines are met for all patients.

・Ensure nessesary parts , tools, equipment, and material are available to meet delivery targets by providing projection and monitoring inventory levels procurement status of each item

・Set common rules with sales teams for camp scheduling and patient appointment and manage all the scheduling matters. Ensure all the nessesary preperation is done in advance for smooth patient handling as scheduled.

・Ensure P&Os are adequately trained to have skills to carry out activities effectively and to meet the required stadards by collaborating with education group.

・Utilize P&O resources optimally by assigning tasks and supervising the task completion on daily basis.・Identify process related issues, develop countermeasures and follow though till implementation

・Ensure all scheduling are well coordinated based on the rules and criteria set- camps, patients appointment, printing, etc

・Monitor status of the patient process daily and keep the real time update in the central tracker for every one's access

・Daily and weekly activity progress updates to the customer success department manager

・Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role(candidate preffered from Medical Industry)
  • Graduate in any discipline(PO will be preffered)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, project management, customer success skills along with Business planning acumen
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
