Job Description -Teamlead Telesales

ResponsibilitiesTrains the tele-sales team, as requiredOversees the daily workflow and scheduling of the tele-sales teamConducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructiveImplements sales strategiesCommunicates targets to the teamDevelops scripts for use by the tele-sales teamManages the telesales teamMeasures team performanceMonitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practicesEncourages and motivates the tele-sales team to achieve their targetsPrepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Senior Management

Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 5 years of work experience in telesales and 2 yrs as a Team Lead telesales.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsGood time management and organizational skillsStrong leadership skillsHighly motivated and detail-oriented individualAbility to work under pressureAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to offer excellent customer service
