The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and building strong client relationships.
  • Qualifying leads by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams for closure.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets set by the business.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative, or Telesales role, preferably in Aviation, Defense & Aerospace, Ecommerce / Marketplaces, and Education industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
