The Role
- Initiate calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases, pitching products or services and explaining features and benefits.
- Address any concerns or objections that potential customers may have, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns.
- Record sales and call information, entering and updating customer information and sales activities into a computer system or database.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Financial Services Industry industry.
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, enjoy finding creative solutions to problems and be a strong networker & relationship builder.
