Strategic Telesales Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our team at Anjum. This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating our telesales team to achieve their sales targets. They will monitor team performance, report on metrics, and coach and develop team members to promote a culture of continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role in sales/customer service. They will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems.
