The Offer

At Snaphunt, we are looking for a skilled Senior Sales Team Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading real estate consultancy firm based in Gurugram, operating in the robust economy of the Delhi-NCR region.

The Job

You will be responsible for leading and motivating the telesales team to achieve their sales targets, monitoring team performance, and reporting on metrics. Additionally, you will coach and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.

The Profile

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader or similar role in sales/customer service.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
