Job Description:
We are looking for a committed, deadline-driven Sr. Manager / Chief Manager Business Development to join our sales team in Bangalore. The role focuses on acquiring and growing corporate clients, driving sales, and expanding our presence in the OOH space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow existing business; acquire new clients by building key relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regional managers to maximize revenue.
  • Present new solutions/services to existing accounts to drive business growth.
  • Establish contacts with decision-makers/marketing heads of large corporates.
  • Plan approaches, pitches, and develop client-centric proposals.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business, forecast sales targets, and ensure targets are met.
  • Focus on innovative solutions in campaigns to differentiate our offerings.
  • Provide accurate progress reports to clients and management.
  • Monitor market trends to strengthen business relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in Ad / Media Sales, preferably OOH.
  • Proven track record handling large corporate clients/advertisers.
  • Hands-on experience in concept selling, brand planning, prospecting, and business development.
  • Highly networked with pre-existing relationships with company principals and agencies.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
