Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.- Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline activity.- Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts.- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers.- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, marketing, and customer support to achieve sales goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in Telecom industry. .- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications (if applicable)
- Experience in handling Fortune 500 clients in North America market.- Certifications in sales or sales management.
