revenue, ASP, revenue/ user, profitability etc.Lifecycle management for repeat users to drive growth across metrices (ASP, profitability, revenue etc.)Segment customers and devise strategies to tackle each customer segmentDrive retention of customers across age-buckets and behavioral pattern; Design and implement programs to improve customer retention on the platformSegmenting customers basis purchase type, browsing history, demographics etc.Develop deep customer understanding by segments and purchase/ browsing behaviorWork closely with marketing team for retargeting, and bring customer back to platformDesign and lead the loyalty program charter for the organization
Candidate RequirementsStrong experience in driving customer metrices and retention programsStrong analytical skills to be able to derive insights from customer data and present actionable solutionsExperience in driving loyalty programsAbility to manage and lead teamsUnderstanding of the e-commerce business is an added advantageUnderstanding of analytical tools is an advantage
