  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on data archival and retention best practices

Continuously review and update archival and retention policies to adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements


Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in data management, information governance, or compliance
  • Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, data archiving, and retention best practices
  • Proficient in designing and implementing data archival and retention solutions using technologies like Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Archive Storage
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, FINRA) and industry-specific compliance requirements
  • Expertise in data classification, sensitivity labeling, and retention policy configuration
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize data archival and retention processes
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
