Job Summary:

As a Manager in Retention and Analytics you will develop analytical solutions to gain insights about the customer attributes and behavior on the app and use that for creating growth strategies to improve retention and revenue.


Job Responsibilities:

● Craft and execute efficient customer retention & growth strategies for marketing & business departments

● Work towards creation of a growth playbook with continuous experimentation with clearly defined success/sanity metrics and documentation of the same

● Monitoring of growth metrics of the customer database, identify problematic areas and root cause for the same

● Leverage data to gain insights into user behavior and experience in order to enhance in-app

retention and Conversion Rate Optimization using digital marketing & CRM channels

● Furnish clear and actionable insights to the stakeholders of cross-functional teams such as data,

product, and design by undertaking best-in-class analytics work and driving business decisions

● Lead and ensure flawless execution of cross-functional projects in collaboration with key

stakeholders (Regional managers, performance marketing team, CRM) ensuring that objectives

are achieved in a timely manner


Job Requirements:

● 3-4 years of experience in analytics/customer retention team

● Education - preferably B.Tech in CS/IT, Bachelor in mathematics/statistics

● Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with at least one scripting language preferably python

● Proficient in Excel and the capability to structure and illustrate data creatively to achieve meaningful insights.

● Expertise in applying new methodologies and approaches to data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis process

● Experience with Tableau / Metabase is preferred for creating interactive dashboards

● Familiarity and knowledge of CRM tools such as CleverTap, Google Analytics, etc. is good to

have

● Basic understanding of Statistics techniques for ensuring significance of result in experimentation

● An analytical mind with an ability to collate, analyze and present data to drive clear insights into the business and make decisions to meet retention KPI
