We are looking for an experienced sales professional with extensive experience in Key Account Business Development to develop our beverages & dairy category businessin India. This role will be responsible for growing the account portfolio by solution selling and leveraging Keva Flavours extensive portfolio of beverages & dairy flavor solutions.You will build cross functional relationships with key customers and achieve annual budgeted revenue, volume and profitability targets for the category. Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for growing the account portfolio by solution selling and leveraging Keva Flavours extensive portfolio of flavor solutions with primary focus on beverages & dairy. Build cross functional relationships with key customers and achieve annual budgeted revenue, volume and profitability targets for the category. Develop the category for domestic B2B businesses as per company’s growth plans. Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights. Identify new sales opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers. Regular sampling and its follow ups, technical feedback given to the flavourists according to the inputs given by the customer would be a key area of focus. Monthly reporting, budget preparation, concept presentation, quality brief generation, effective communication with the customers, updating monthly progress on projects, price negotiation, forming yearly contracts in some cases will be some of the regular activities for this position.
