About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern/ Recruitment Consultant to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and contribute meaningfully to our team
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases & Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR compliance by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing HR tools, and responding to employee queries.
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives related to HR strategy and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in HR or internships in similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
