Studio AsA is hiring a Sales Executive / Customer Service with 0-1+ years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Maintaining relationships with clients by making Calls and regular Visits, understanding Clients' needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities Sending Quotations and presentations, attending conferences/workshops maintaining personal /professional networks. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner Provide information about products and services offered by the company Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to ensure customer satisfaction Identify and escalate potential issues to management to ensure customer satisfaction Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and customer service skills Skills Required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills Technology skills. Organizational skills. Time-management skills. Planning skills. Resourcefulness Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. Analytical - Able to handle queries Industry exp. Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure Attention to detail. Open to travel /exploring new avenues Data entry. Detail-oriented. Event coordination. Excel. Microsoft Office Desired Candidate Profile The candidate should be a graduate with a BBA or Post graduate with MBA Candidates with excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi, and great Sales skill

Maintaining an up-to-date database with proper follow-ups. Fire in the Belly for Sales Conversion Good listener and can send emails to clients in an appropriate manner.
