Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer with a strong background in Life Sciences to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for translating complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate content for a variety of audiences, including professionals, researchers, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and develop blogs, website content, brochures, corporate presentations, and social media posts that are clear, engaging, and audience-focused.
  • Draft compelling video scripts for educational and promotional purposes.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for content improvement.
  • Contribute to the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and credibility.
  • Proofread, edit, and fact-check all content to maintain consistency, brand tone, and scientific integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver content that reflects authority and trustworthiness.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in the EdTech Space

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with referencing styles and scientific citation formats.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics is a plus.
