**Job Description**:
As a Junior Social Media Content Writer at Percoyo, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of engaging content for various social media platforms. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in the development of creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Work closely with the senior content team to learn and implement best practices in content creation.
- **Research and Idea Generation**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to contribute fresh ideas to content brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to generate innovative and relevant content ideas.
- **Copywriting**:

- Craft clear and engaging copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Learn to adapt writing style to different brand voices and industries.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to support content calendars and assist in the execution of social media campaigns.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and insights.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform changes, and content marketing best practices.
- Proactively seek feedback and use it to enhance skills and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for content creation and social media.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,970.08 per month

Schedule:
