Responsibilities:
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for searching, screening & placing qualified Consultants for different projects and at different levels with our clients all through the US.
Work as an independent contributor and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have experience in using job portals (Dice, Career builder, indeed, LinkedIn, etc) and other open-source platforms
Strong experience in negotiating rates
Skill competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in US Staffing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Search and identify potential candidates on W2/Corp 2 Corp/1099
Strong problem-solving abilities
Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications/skills
Prepare quality resumes for submittal to clients
Prepare candidates through the client interview process
