Location: Chennai ; Hyderabad; Bangalore
Exp required: 3 - 10+ years
Freshers who all are interested in the recruitment industry may also apply
Job Description:
Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle
Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with Team leads and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Indeed), Making job postings on the Job Portal
Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for the level of interest, qualifications (Skills wise, technically), and compensation (Payment, Negotiations, Tax terms W2, C2C, 1099)
Responsible to work on contracts, Permanent positions
Well-versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc
Utilize recruitment tools such as an applicant tracking system and internal tools for daily best outputs
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT and NON-IT Technologies
Roles and responsibilities:
Should have at least 3+ years of experience in the US IT staffing industry.
Must have strong experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates technically
Have good experience with end to end technical recruitment process across various Information Technologies.
Must have experience with all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
Need strong experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Experience in using recruiting portals such as Dice, Monster and social sites like LinkedIn.
Must have very good oral and written skills in English.
Maintaining the database of all consultants.
