About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in converting inbound leads into service bookings, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of results.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.- Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.- Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.- Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.- Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analyzing lead conversion data.- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.Requirements:- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM management, or inbound sales.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in using CRM or lead management tools.- Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.- Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.-
