About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in converting inbound leads into service bookings, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of results.Key Responsibilities:Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analyzing lead conversion data.Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.Requirements:Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM management, or inbound sales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using CRM or lead management tools.Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
