About the Client:

One of our Dubai based client (Hafla - ) is hiring for a talented Associate - Food & Beverage. As part of the F&B team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in handling F&B inquiries for events. You'll help planners by sourcing menus, coordinating with caterers, and ensuring smooth communication on requirements like cuisines, dietary preferences, and service styles.

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with catering suppliers to gather menus, pricing, and availability.

● Maintain a database of caterers segmented by cuisine, scale, and specialties.

● Assist planners by suggesting suitable caterers as per client requirements.

● Ensure dietary restrictions and special menu requests are managed correctly.

● Track quotations, negotiations, and confirmations in CRM.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).

● Knowledge of F&B, catering operations, or hospitality industry preferred.

● Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

● Fluent in English & Hindi; additional languages a plus.

● Proficient in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets.
