Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Food and Beverage Manager. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets, and train staff. The role also includes coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests, planning menus, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, including handling guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in staff Training and development
  • Strong Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
