Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Pune. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations in our food and beverage establishments, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining efficiency in service delivery. Responsibilities include staff training, budget management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Manager will also be involved in menu planning and liaising with suppliers.

  • Proficiency in Food Service and Beverage Management
  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience
  • Experience in Training and Staff Development
  • Expertise in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
