Role Overview:

As the backend support executive, your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of training programs by interacting with clients for administrative support and managing other operational day-to-day activities. We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting and building rapport with clients for the execution of training programs
  • Prepare collaterals, like ppt, workbooks, marketing presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, CANVA
  • Managing office on a day-to-day basis
  • Do basic research for upgrading our collaterals, marketing materials etc.
  • Additional responsibilities as per the organizational requirements aligning to the individual's strengths

Key Skills:

  • Mastery in creating PowerPoint presentations and using word and excel
  • Competency with new-age software and platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
  • Eye for detail and good organisational skills

Compensation & other Details:

Salary based on experience and industry experience

Work From Office (based in Baner- please apply only if everyday commute is a possibility for you)

Office timings: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM - 6 PM
