**Role Overview**:
As the backend support manager, your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of training programs by interacting with clients for administrative support and managing other operational day-to-day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with clients for the execution of training programs
- Prepare collaterals, like ppt, workbooks, marketing presentations using MS PowerPoint and Word
- Managing office on a day-to-day basis
- Do basic research for upgrading our collaterals, marketing materials etc.
- Additional responsibilities as per the organizational requirements aligning to the individual's strengths

**Key Skills**:

- Mastery in creating PowerPoint presentations and using word and excel
- Competency with new-age software and platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
- Eye for detail and good organisational skills

**Compensation & other Details**:
Salary based on experience and industry experience

Work From Office (based in Baner

Office timings: Monday to Friday 10 AM - 7 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,579.40 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
