About this role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Backend Developer. In this position, you will play a key part in driving product development and ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Become proficient in building and maintaining core backend systems using PHP and Laravel, ensuring scalability for a growing platform. Design and manage APIs to power frontend, mobile apps, and third-party integrations.
  • Code Quality & Optimization: Write clean, efficient code to support a reliable product. Debug and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and handle scale.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to deliver customer-focused solutions. Actively contribute to discussions around product features and technical approaches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of backend development experience, preferably in a small team environment. Proven track record of delivering impactful features.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and Laravel for backend development. Strong knowledge of MySQL for managing complex databases.
  • Mindset: Startup mentality: adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks. Customer-focused approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
