Role Description

This is on-site role for an Employee Relations Intern, based in Bhopal. The Employee Relations Intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team with employee engagement initiatives, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, handling performance management tasks, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves day-to-day interaction with employees to address their concerns and foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience with Performance Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhopal
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
