Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
  • Assist with organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR (preferred but not required).
