Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Bhopal

Duration: 6 Months Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR practices and processes, allowing you to gain practical experience in recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Help in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for HR operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR/Management or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
