Job description: We seek a Senior Associate to join our team in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities: The role predominantly entails providing end-to-end support to the clients for the completion of a transaction including assisting in drafting and reviewing transactional documentation and conducting due diligence exercises. The role also requires offering support and assistance on commercial contracts, legal advisory and compliance.

Profile we are looking for:

>BBA/BA LLB from a recognized university;

>Must have 3 to 4 years of PQE in general corporate, M&A, PE/VC transactions;

>Knowledge and interest in broad areas of corporate and transactional matters, including disclosure and reporting, corporate governance, investments;

>Ability to understand various legal and commercial clauses and advise/negotiate the/for clients;

>Excellent research and analytical skills;

>Excellent oral and written communications skills in English;

>Exposure to cross-functional training including regulatory and finance;

>Eagerness to learn and seeking long term growth; and

>Team player.
