Automation Solutions (OAS), primarily EcoStruxure Automation Expert-based solutions. Ensures the successful preparation of open automation proposals via collaboration with the Global Pre-Sales Support Lead and direct engagement with global/regional sales and proposal teams, OAS delivery, R&D, and centres of excellence. Empower Regional Pre-Sales & Global Delivery with best practices, templates, and productivity tools. This position is expected to contribute to the business by achieving Open Automation's growth targets through the delivery of successful, innovative, and quality Open Automation proposals. Specific contribution/responsibilities include: · Collaborate with the sales/proposal team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. · Assist in the preparation of system architectures and prepare required bill of material. · Assist in the preparation of proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates. · Undertake technical solution designs and reviews · If required, Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of our offerings. · Engage in discovery calls to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly. · Conduit/link into the PA Offer group, Incubator, R&D, and other SE Business Units · Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively. · Active role in knowledge management and sharing across the domain and wider team · Provide ongoing support to the sales team during the sales cycle, including handling objections and refining proposals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electrical & Electronics /Mechanical /Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related disciplines with Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sizable Infrastructure Project of Access Control, BMS, system integration, building systems design, facility management, energy management etc. · With strong IT system and network system know-how · Innovative with a strong passion in Industry 4.0 and building open solutions, · A self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Schedule: Full-time Req: GUO
