About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the end-to-end operations of our Occupational Healthcare Center. The role requires managing healthcare operations, coordinating with nurses, doctors, ambulance service providers, vendors, and clients across PAN India to ensure smooth delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Occupational Healthcare Center and ensure efficient functioning.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with nurses, doctors, ambulance service providers, and healthcare vendors across India.

Identify and onboard reliable healthcare service providers, maintaining a PAN India database of contacts.

Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Develop SOPs, monitor service quality, and implement continuous process improvements.

Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Work closely with internal teams to align service delivery with business goals.

Track operational metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management for decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, occupational health, or hospital administration.

Strong PAN India network/contacts with healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors), ambulance services, and vendors.

Proven experience in client servicing and vendor management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
