**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Offer support for emotional, social, and behavioral concerns using evidence-based counselling approaches.
- Conduct psychological assessments to understand client needs and create personalized counselling plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Guide clients and their families on coping strategies, stress management, and mental health awareness.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in line with healthcare standards.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health and well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of counselling experience in clinical, educational, or community settings.
- Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to build trusting client relationships.
- Proficiency in various counselling and therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, REBT, mindfulness-based interventions).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations.
- Ability to design and conduct workshops, group sessions, or psychoeducational programs.
