Key Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining relationships with Account Managers from various marketplaces and proactively identifying opportunities for driving brand growthWorking closely with marketplace category teams to drive revenue & operating margin target achievementPlanning and executing marketing campaigns across marketplaces in alignment with the marketplace marketing calendar (PLAs, Banner ads etc. and monitor them on a continuous basis to maximize parameters such as ROAS etc.)Plan discounts and execute on an ongoing basis in sync with marketplace events and brand strategyBenchmark with competition on various aspects of brand presence on different marketplaces (e.g, cataloguing) and provide inputs on enhancing brand visibility and customer appeal across different marketplacesPartner management and portal performance evaluationCoordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (category, sourcing, fulfilment) to drive e-commerce outcomes (such as SLA adherence for parameters such as fulfilments, returns, cancellations etc.), avoid delisting, ensure attractive listings etc.Ensuring selection parity, pricing accuracy, good seller health, efficient sales funnel for the Globus brand

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business3+ years' of relevant work experienceFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
