The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

3rd party / Marketplace key

Account Manager, Marketplaces to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the successful launch and ongoing management of our in-house products on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, Flipkart, etc. You will play a key role in developing and implementing product strategies, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire product lifecycle on e-commerce platforms, from product launch to post-launch optimization.Own and deliver on revenue for 3P- marketplacesConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, category and pricing opportunities to scale and grow Peepul tree brand on 3P marketplacesDevelop detailed product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing strategies.Manage inventory levels and ensure smooth fulfillment across all platforms.Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize product listings and marketing campaigns.Own the relationship with 3P marketplace reps and work towards opportunity identification and resolve issues for optimal revenue performanceDevelop and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce platforms.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce product management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skillset Requirements4-7 years of experience in e-commerce product management or a related field. Preferably from offline retail brand or D2C brands with prior experience in growing brand revenue on 3P marketplacesProven track record of success in launching and managing products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.Strong analytical and data-orientation with knowledge of tools like Helium, amazon ads, GA and other analytical tools.Excellent written & verbal communication skillsProficiency in excel and tableau - revenue forecasting, performance tracking etc.A deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.Needs to demonstrate high ownership, accountability and ability to work in the capacity of and ICPassion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow.
