We are currently searching for a HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Pune or Bengaluru and take responsibility for the following:

What You Will Do

Administration:

Organization and administration of employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Organization and maintenance of staff records, including updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave, etc.)

HR administration for all employees in the APAC region (India, China, Singapore and Korea), including the maintenance and administration of employee data in the digital personnel file and the HR tool,

Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, terminations and other certificates

Payroll Management:

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.

Collating payroll data and transmitting input, performing required reviews/sign-off on the applicable APAC payrolls

Compliance :

Liaising with external partners and vendors, to ensure legal compliance

Serve as a subject matter expert on APAC employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices, advising leadership on legal and compliance matters.

HR Projects:

Taking over and supporting various HR projects

Coordinate with facilities management for office maintenance and infrastructure needs

Generating reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes within the HR department and across the organization.

What You Will Bring

University degree or apprenticeship preferably focused on Psychology or Business with Human Resources as a major At least 5 years of working experience within the field of HR and administration/payroll Ability to work autonomously on complex projects Knowledge of Indian labor and tax law and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English Efficient, detail-oriented and result-oriented working style Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficiency in HR analytics.
