Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Relationship Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client partnerships, and building long-term strategic relationships. The role involves proactive sales, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to provide customized solutions.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and relationship development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & relationship development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn networking, and digital sales platforms.
