Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller – Business Development Executive to generate leads, handle client communication, and support the sales team in acquiring new projects in the industrial construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the Business Development team
  • Maintain a database of client contacts and update CRM tools
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist in preparing quotations and basic sales documentation

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing
  • 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi)
  • Familiarity with the industrial construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Good computer literacy – MS Office, email drafting, etc.
