We are seeking a personable, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and directors warmly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Manage front desk activities, including handling inquiries and providing information about the company.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
Perform other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
