We are looking for an Admin Manager to supervise the organization's admin operations and lead the support staff team. The role involves supervising administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations, managing office supplies and equipment, handling communication within the office, and implementing policies to improve productivity and organization efficiency. Success in this role will be exhibited by the timely and efficient delivery of all admin work, enabling the company to meet its goals and objectives


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and productivity
  • Coordinate office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance
  • Oversee the management of office budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and facilitate seamless communication and coordination
  • Conduct regular assessments of administrative processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in administrative management, incorporating relevant advancements into organizational processes and strategies


Qualifications :

  • Candidates from Gurugram will be preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Previous IT Industry exposure is preferred
  • Open to work from office 6 days/week
