About the Role
As a Lead Growth Marketer at Requestly, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the organization's growth trajectory by implementing data-driven strategies and initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing growth campaigns across various channels.
Optimizing conversion rates, and scaling our user base through innovative and scalable strategies.
Building and nurturing a high-performing growth team, defining KPIs, and streamlining growth efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Lead Product Marketing
About You
You are a seasoned growth marketer with hands-on experience in driving growth for tech companies.
You must have a technical background or must have worked with a tech company on a similar role.
You have a hustler mindset and have experienced the 0 → 1 journey, preferably as a former founder.
You are passionate about growth and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take bold bets and aim for 10x growth.
You have a track record of building and leading growth teams, setting and tracking KPIs, and optimizing growth efforts for maximum impact.
You must know GA4, Amplitude, WordPress, or similar technologies.
