Job Summary:
Avisa Smart Hospitals is looking for enthusiastic and driven Call Centre Executives to handle inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into appointments for Avisa hospitals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales:
Handle incoming calls from potential patients and provide information about Avisa hospital services.
Address patient inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Convert inquiries into appointments and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
Outbound Sales:
Make outbound calls to potential patients to inform them about Avisa hospital services and special offers.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns and convert them into appointments.
Maintain a database of potential patients and track the status of each lead.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize appointment bookings and patient acquisition.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service.
Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and sales performance for management review.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a call center or sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
