What we're seeking:

We are looking for a Member Success Manager who is target-oriented, passionate about supporting small businesses, and thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service levels. Strong leadership, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsibilities of a Member Success Manager (Outbound Call Centre Manager):

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of outbound telesales representatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment to enhance team performance.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support for individual and team success.
  • Oversee call center operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Optimize telesales processes and productivity.
  • Analyze call data for improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute telesales strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Set clear sales goals for the team.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs.
  • Generate reports on telesales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 6-8 years of telesales team leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of telesales techniques and sales strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and telesales software.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and data analysis.
