Role Description

This is a preferably Pune based role for a COO/Head of Partnerships at Dhaal Pay. The COO/Head of Partnerships will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business plans, managing partnerships, and ensuring financial efficiency. They will also collaborate with various departments to align operational activities with the company's strategic objectives.

This role will focus on partnerships with Banks, Payment Aggregators, NBFC etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred
  • Experience in the fintech or digital payments industry is a plus
