Job Overview:

As an HR Business Partner , you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and supporting business goals. Your responsibilities will include leading the onboarding process, coordinating employee inductions, ensuring compliance with HR policies, managing offer letters, and overseeing employee documentation. You will also collaborate with IT to facilitate technical training for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Induction:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive induction programs, including company culture, values, and procedures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure all onboarding requirements (equipment, access, tools) are fulfilled.
  • Offer Letters & Employment Documentation:
  • Prepare, review, and manage offer letters and employment contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all employment documentation (contracts, benefits forms, tax documents) is accurately completed and properly stored.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and clear communication to staff.
  • IT Training Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the IT department to deliver new hire technical training, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage ongoing training programs to address evolving IT systems or tools as necessary.
  • Employee Relations & Support:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, onboarding, and policy clarification.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to address workplace issues and ensure a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8- 15 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role.
  • Experience managing onboarding, offer letters, and employee documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience coordinating IT or other training programs is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
