Sr Accountant job involves ensuring efficient and timely payment of a company's obligations to suppliers,employees and creditors. This includes processing and verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, managing payment schedules, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves verifying invoices against orders, contracts, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Invoice Processing ( On Time) : Prepare monthly invoice to clients v ensuring they match purchase orders and contracts.
  • Payroll Processing : Monitor and check accuracy for salary process.
  • Payment Processing : Preparing and processing payments, including cheques, electronic transfers, or other payment methods, and tracking payments to ensure timely and accurate disbursal.
  • Reconciling Accounts : Verifying entries in the general ledger, reconciling account balances, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Financial Record Keeping :Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all AP transactions, including invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • GST /TDS : Should be thorough in GST related payments & returns
  • Monthly P & L : Should be able to provide monthly P & L

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail: Accurate and precise record-keeping is crucial in AP.
  • Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is important.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory
  • Thorough knowledge in statutory payments.

4) BRS : Daily Basis

5) Tally : Daily Basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
